Open Positions

Field Service Technician

This position requires the individual to have and minimum of five years experience with electronic control systems and excellent organizational and communication skills. A background of installing electro hydraulic equipment and PLC systems is desired, preferably in the marine industry. The individual will be based in our northwest Houston facility and will travel to worldwide locations.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Field start-up and commissioning of equipment.
  • Support service and trouble-shooting of electro hydraulic systems.
  • In shop assembly and wiring of control panels.
  • In shop testing of equipment before shipping.

CNC Machinist

This position requires five years direct CNC machining and programming experience. Must be thoroughly familiar with machine shop equipment and capable of completing assigned work with little direction, be a self-starter and team player. Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and a high school diploma highly desirable

Primary responsibilities include

  • Set-up and program jobs on CNC lathe and mills
  • Select proper tools for most efficient machining of components.
  • Must also be proficient in set-up and running of conventional machines such as engine lathes, vertical turret lathes, and horizontal boring mills.

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

This position requires the ability to design and support the manufacturing of large complex skid packages for hydraulic power units, both diesel engine and electric motor driven, including the control systems. Interfacing with the management of vendors in acquisition of hardware or technical support and interfacing with customers during design thru commissioning of the equipment.

 

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess a degree in mechanical engineering and have at least 7 years experience in the design of electro hydraulic skid packages. Experience in the marine industry would be a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Senior Electrical/Mechanical Engineer

Description

Develop detailed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic design packages for thrusters to bring together complete package of drawings and bills of materials for proper distribution to manufacturing and materials departments. Candidates must be able to communicate with customers on technical issues during the development stage of projects. Candidates must be capable of working without extensive direction or supervision in managing aspects of a project. The individual must possess and demonstrate personal initiative and be technically competent. Experience in the marine industry a plus.

 

Minimum Requirement

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 years experience in related field
  • Solidworks experience a plus
